SCOTT SALSMAN

Pastor Scott has been with James River Baptist Church for eight years now. We feel like we have known him forever. He loves Jesus and loves to build lasting relationships with those in the church. He is an amazing teacher and loves to watch sports, play guitar and golf.

DICK BAILEY

Dick leads the traditional worship service for James River. He served many years as minister of music/education in churches across the U.S. Dick enjoys the outdoors, especially scenic mountain views and hiking trails, and singing to the glory of God, leading others to worship Him.

TERESA VAUGHT

Teresa leads the Contemporary Worship service. She has a beautiful voice, plays the piano and creates a spirit-filled atmosphere which draws the congregation into praise and worship.

BILL EANES 

Mr. Bill, our Children's Director, is a big kid at heart. He's been working with the Children's Ministry for years and the kids love him as much as he loves on them.

GINNIE GREENE

Ginnie has been working with the youth for years. People who know her say "she's the glue that binds the Youth program". We're excited to formally recognize Ginnie as the Youth Director. She is a fabulous addition for our youth.

MARCIA BAILEY

Marcia has served alongside her husband Dick, working with children, youth, and adult church choirs, She is the church accompanist at James River. Marcia loves worship times at the piano, journaling, music composition, and spending time with her family.
